Online payment via western union management and online account management tool.
Zoller.com will allow users, to login using 1 user name and password, or any of there validated emails on any of the web sites that’s use zollar.com for account management and for payment retrieval.
The payments on zollar.com will be added using western union quick collect and later using money gram making charge back impossible to have for the merchant.
Zollar.com will initially be used only and only for super technologies own products, and we can later experiment with it for allowing others to use it.
Old Pakipay.com pages can be used as reference design for the zollar.com to get it started initially.
Information management:
Once a user signs up using zollar.com he never has to signup again for any of our web sites, the web sites will get all the information using api’s from zollar.com
If there is any information that zollar.com has not available say a we ask the user what is your asterisk server ip address, then these questions become automatically a part of the info base of zollar.com
The user will be prompted that the service provider ie didx.org wants to ask these additional questions, which we did not find in zollar.com info base.
These answers will then become a permanent part of your InfoBase.
If a user ever wants to edit any information in their profile, the portal takes them back to zollar.com information base page, just like they would on paypal.com

The cookie generated by zollar.com will allow the user to login to that particular web site, how ever will not be able to use it with any other web site, say carrierx.org unless they click YES I would like to login using my zollar id on SITE NAME.
This will be a great tool for our admins also who hop on from one site to another.
Zollar.com will generate a 128bit key for the user that will be shared between the web sites, to unlock different web sites logins, it will be like having one key to all the doors.
The site cause of the sensitive information will have to be entirely encrypted saved in the database, and I do not want ANY ONE to have the encryption key.

The idea again is very simple, one login and one passwords for all the web sites.
The web sites use api’s to get information that the user PERMIT to share between the sites.
Each time a NEW FILED of information is WANTED by a participating web site, the user will be prompted and taken permission from, and this permission will be logged using time and IP address., and then an email will be sent to confirm what they did.
There can be unlimited amounts of questions on zollar.com however a huge signup page will scare away the users, so we will use current information signup page that is very simple that we have on vpl at this time for signup.
Zollar Score:
A zollar score will be based on how much information we have of the users, and how many times they have requested chargeback and how much money they have spent with us.
Zollar Merchant Score:
Zollar merchant score will be based on the level of risk we are willing to take with that merchant.
Including amount of transactions, and qty of transactions that can be taken place by one user using that merchant.
IE virtual phone line can only be paid 20$ per user at any given date.
Precautions:
All the transactions taking place between the sites must use https protocols.
