!===__1. Policies__===!

a. Head Phones:

The company will provide up to 4 head phones of 100 rs per head phone per year per person

If anyone breaks it , he will be forcefully given a new one and salary will be deducted on that.

b) Cell Phones:

Every person is allowed to have only one Cell Phone in the office with the Zong SIM. CellPhone and Zong Sim will be provided by office to you.

Every new employee will get Q Mobile from office, if that mobile is lost or stolen and if employee is agreed then a new Q Mobile will be given to employee and the amount of that Q mobile will be deducted from his salary as per the drafted policy

The amount of cell phone will be deducted from your salary on monthly basis where if Cell Phone is for more then Rs 5000 then amount will be divided by 12 and the resulted amount will be deducted from your salary and additional amount of same will be added as allowance. If less then 5000 then per month Rs 500 will be deducted and will be added as allowance

d) Absence Due to Strike:

Anyone who does not attend work in the future due to a strike, he or she will be deducted one day’s pay.

All who attend will receive the regular day’s salary.

Any one, who is not able to attend the office premises due to violence situation in the city can login from home and complete his regular hours from home.

In the event if any one is working from home, their manager has to mark attendance which has to be approved by the Operations Manager

If that person does not have an EVDO stick from the office, than that person has to use their own resources.

Federal holidays are considered as Holidays any person coming to office that day will be entitled to an extra day

!===__2. Rules__===

If there is ANYTHING in this document, that needs clarification, please ask your office admin via [email protected] immediately, DO NOT ASSUME ANYTHING.

The following are the office rules for Super Technologies Inc and the associated companies.

Remember, rules and regulations are key to the companies progress and the word ORGANIZATION means a combination of a RYTYUMATIC work of
different people working for the same goal.

Section A

Office Timing:
Please refer to your employment contract and file for your own working hours.

Office Opening hours are: (these are not working hours)
The Shahnaz Arcade office, timing is from 8am to 7AM Pakistan Time.
Pensacola, Office Pensacola time is 9am to 5pm Central Time.

If you wish to change your working hours, Please provide a written request to the office administrative assistant and the GM and once your request is approved, only in that case, you will be allowed to come on the new timings.

Section B

Member Attendance:

One 15Min Late in a month is Allowed.
Three 5 Min Lates is allowed.

If any one exceeds the above, he will be deducted 1/3 of his average per day salary.

Dress Code:
Every one must be in a presentable clothes, must smell good, should not smell at all.

Section C

Lunch Hours:

Each member gets 1 hr off in the day, and 2 tea breaks of 10 mins each.

Please refer to your employment contract file to confirm your lunch hours.

Note

New Lunch Time :

1:30pm to 2:20pm

Section D

Yearly Bonus:
Each 2 year old member will get an extra month salary each year in Ramadan, the member has to be with the company for a continuous 2 year Period.

Section E

Leave From Office:

Each member gets 15 annual leaves, 5 leave will be adjustable & 10 leaves will not be adjustable, every employee must avail 10 leaves before end of the year.

please note they are not cashable

*(Upon request it can be moved to next year after committee approval)

A 1 week notice has to be given in form of an application, to the
[email protected] for the leave. In case of emergency the member is requested to give a courtesy call to the office manager directly, telling him about his problem.

Section F

Following the Manager/ Following the rules:
All of the time, each of the member is to listen to orders coming from his immediate manager, if there is a dispute in orders, the member is to discuss it with his manager, and will follow the manager’s order.

In case the manager is not available, try to find a more senior person in the office/email and try to follow his orders.

Section G

FINES:
A tie or a waist coat when using kameez shalwar is a must in office.
Be on time in the morning and after lunch, otherwise, you will be fined.

All the fine money will go in a FINE BOX, and that amount will later be used to correct the problems of the office or for some thing for the member.
It will not be used for office expenses.

Section H

Namaaz:
All the office members should offer their PRAYERS ON TIME, and try to make it to JAMAAT as many times as they are available in the office hours.
As this is a prescribed off time from Allah, everyone should respect this and try not to waste it.

When going out for namaaz, you can leave the office early, so that you can reach the Masjid 5 mins before the salah/namaaz. And come back to office as soon as the namaaz is over.

If anyone is to be found misusing any of the timing facilities provided, they will be obligated to a SHOW CAUSE NOTICE.

Section I

WHAT A MEMBER SHOULD DO WHEN HE DOESNT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO?

There are ALWAYS a lot of thing to do, try to look around yourself, try to check your logs and mails, and always make a ‘things to do’ for yourself.

Discuss the priority of the things to do with your manager, and do them in the order described to you by him.

DO NOT BECOME SUPER INTELIGENT and make the order yourself, before asking and getting approval from your manager.

The best thing to do, when you don’t have anything to do or any thing you think you don’t have to do is, to contact immediately your direct manager. He will assign you something to do.

Please remember, that if you are un-productive for the company, the company can not feed you itself, you have to feed the company, so that it can feed you back.

Office Equipment:
All the equipment given to the employee are responsibility of the employee. Physical damage , Misuse and hardware damage will be charged to the employee.

In act of God or a robbery, employee will not be held liable.
