What is Super-Phone?
Super-Phone is a small, portable single line independent Internet telephone device. It makes long distance calls over the Internet. No need for a computer, software, nor head phone. There are different models to meet your needs, with a modem or a LAN card inside for connection to Internet. We program your Internet account deals that you provide us into Super-Phone. You can use your telephone handset with some models and other models have the telephone handset included. You can plug it into your existing network and enjoy world’s most useful, cost-effective VoIP telephony service.

How the Super-Phone works?
Your call using Super-Phone to a Regular Phone Line, goes through the Internet, to one switch in the United States and gives you the best deal possible.
When you place a call from a Super-Phone to Super-Phone, Super-Phone opens a direct connection between the 2 Super-Phones over the Internet. Talk as long as you want, and the call costs the same as your Internet charge. ZERO long distance charges!
When you place a call from a Regular Phone Line to a Super-Phone, You can get a Direct Phone number from 10+ Countries including the US or you can dial one of our Gateway Numbers at http://www.mysuperphone.com/gateways . The call to that Super-Phone will be just the cost of a call to the GATEWAY phone number you chose to call from the list.
Is it hard to Install? Can it be used in India, Iran & Middle East.
Super-Phone installation is user-friendly, anywhere in the world there is Internet.
Attach the Super-Phone device to your normal local telephone line for the dialup version or attach to your DSL, cable or leased line for the LAN version. There is a model that includes the handset and one that does not. In most cases we will program your Super-Phone, so you do not have to program it.
For India, Pakistan, UAE & United States, the phone comes pre-programmed with an Internet account from us. We cannot allow customers to use their own Internet accounts. The Customer Has to buy Internet (accept for united states, where it is free from us when phone is rented) through Super Technologies Inc.
Super-Phone broadband installation like xDSL, Cable Modems, corporate LAN setup have two steps. On your dedicated Internet setup, install the RJ-45 jack in the Super-Phone. Install the telephone set. It’s ready to dial.
Does Super-Phone Offers US E911 Service.
Super-Phone Device does not offer a residential phone service in the United States, and does not offer E911 Services.
Where can I call from and where to?
Super-Phone allows you to call from anywhere in the world, to anywhere in the world at low long distance rates, i.e., to the USA or UK just 4 cents per minute, (You can be anywhere in the world when making outgoing calls and still pay the same low low rates, Please view www.MySuperPhone.com/rates/ )
What does it cost?
Super-Phone retail price is $299, shipping charges of $39 outside the USA and $19 inside the United States via Fedex.
You can also buy a Per month Plan and get the Phone For FREE for just 25$ a month, Startup costs are just 75$ security deposit, $49 setup fee, shipping, first month’s rent.
Do I pay anything after that?
Pay only for international calls outgoing to any normal telephone using our prepaid system, at very low calling rates.

How can it be true? No matter where I am in the world, people can call me from a normal telephone to my Super-Phone by dialing a USA phone number?
If you have a Super-Phone, people can call you from anywhere in the world using their normal telephone line to you. They dial one of our global Gateway Numbers and enter your Super-Phone ID number or Dial your DIRECT Phone Number.
Note that your local long distance charges may apply depending on which gateway phone number you dial.

The New Super-Phone 4500 works on Dialup, DSL, or Cable Internet Services
Can Super-Phone be used in hotels Or Public Calling Places?
Yes, Super-Phone can be used in Hotels and can easily be integrated with PABX’s.
Is there a Limit of call from a Super-Phone to Super-Phone Call?
No, There is no Limit on the amount of calls you can make from one Super-Phone to another Super-Phone Device.
Super-Phone uses only the Internet to connect to other Super-Phone users, so if you have Internet in your 2 offices, that is the only bill you have to bear. You can reduce your long distance bill to ZERO if you use 2 Super-Phones, one in each of the 2 locations.
Pay only for the local ISP. NO LONG DISTANCE Charge. You can do it between any 2 or more locations in the world as long as there is Internet available at all locations installed.
Integrate Super-Phone with your Office PABX or Key Phone and then, any extension in the office can call any other extension anywhere else on earth where there is a Super-Phone for 100% ZERO long distance charges.
You can also use CallKiosk to make the remote office area code local to you.
Who can I call using the Super-Phone?
You can call any telephone number in the world, a land line or a Cell Phone, just like you would call from your normal telephone line, in any country. But you will use our world-wide low rates. Click here to check out the rates.

We guarantee you that if Super-Phone doesn’t work for you, we will take it back and refund your money within 30 days of original shipment. (Following Conditions Apply)
1 Year Replacement guarantee on parts & Labor. Shipping Charges are non -refundable and are to be paid by the customer.
If it breaks down in 1 year, of original date of shipment from us, we will replace it for you with a new unit. Customer has to bear the shipping costs of both sides.
If it breaks down in 4 years, of original date of shipment from us, we will replace it for you at a small charge.

a. The Super-Phone shouldn’t be damaged.
b. Date is counted as per original shipping date.
c. There will be a 50$ Re-Shelving Charge, after the first 30 days.
d. Customer will bear the shipping charge of both sides.
e. Super-Phone replacement guarantee is not applicable when the device has been opened or tampered with or when return is for cosmetic reasons.
How much bandwidth does this Phone consume?
Super-Phone works great on regular internet dialup or a DSL connection. Minimum bandwidth needed on Broadband is 30K.
What is the Super-Phone’s billing structure?
Super-Phone is is a Pre Paid Phone Service, Just like a Calling Card. The charge is on per minute basis for outgoing calls.

How does the quality of the call compare to that of a regular phone call?
Super-Phone gives GSM Sound Quality, like a Cell Phone phone call if you are using a Broadband Connection, you can compare it to a local line call.
Please remember that this software requires PPP/TCP/IP Connection and other types of connection or Proxy Servers users can not use the Super-Phone or may have problems at times.

How do I participate in the referral program to earn $25 on each sale?

Q) Please explain that if I purchase four sets of Super-Phone and install one each in Pakistan, Egypt, China and UK, then:
1- Can we all talk to each other in these countries using Super-Phone free of cost?
2- If yes then what telephone numbers we will be using to dial for these countries?
Ans. Correct, you’ll dial the Super-Phone ID to call another Super-Phone.
Q) Does each Super-Phone come with its own telephone number or we can use the actual land line number in that location? How will it work?
Each phone comes with a superphone number, that is free to call from each other.
Q) Installing Super-Phone in Pakistan (or Middle East) will require us to buy Internet connection from Super-Phone?
Ans. If on dialup, yes.
1- How will it work and what are related costs for this purchase?
2- Can we use local Internet connection (Local ISP) in Pakistan to use Super-Phone?

Q) Payment and Delivery If I purchase four sets and via Western Union from Egypt? can you deliver these sets in UK, China, Pakistan and Egypt separately on addresses given addresses. Are international Shipping charges fixed? or these vary depending upon destination?

Q) Changing the Resident:
If I am currently using Super-Phone in Egypt and get my transfer to any other country, can I still use the Super-Phone with same account details etc? or I will have to reactivate the account setting? what about changing the resident between two cities in same country?
Ans. You can change it, its not a problem, you have to change the isp settings in the device every time u change a city or country, depending on the local isp, if you are using LAN it must have a dhcp in them
