What is DIDX?

We needed DIDX when all 5 Super Technologies, Inc’s products included selling DID’s to the customer. So, we created DIDX (A.K.A. DIDxchange). DIDxchange is a marketplace of DID’s from wholesalers, used by our products’ customers and the other DIDX wholesale members’ customers. Market’s demands determine the evolution of Super Technologies, Inc. The customer is number 1.

Q. How can I add the DID’s that I have?
Ans: It is very simple to add DID(s) in DIDx.org, just login to the website and click on the ‘Add Inventory’ link. A new ‘Add Inventory’ form would appear, select the country for which you’ve the DID(s) for, the area list for that particular country would get loaded automatically, now select the area to which DID(s) belong. If you have only one DID number to offer enter it against the ‘Single Number’ other wise if you have a series of DID numbers then enter the first and last numbers of that series against ‘Multiple Numbers’ then insert the ‘Setup’, ‘Monthly’ and ‘Per Minute’ charges that you want to charge on the DID(s) and press the submit button.
Q. I’ve forgotten my password, how can I get it back?
Ans: Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link present just below the login area on the main ‘DIDx.org’ page. You have two options there either provide your OrderID (same as your User ID) or the email address that you given us at the time of sign up, the password would be emailed to you on that address in either case.
Q. What address do i send my did number to ring to?
Ans: Send your calls to [email protected] ie if your number is 92423202222 send it to [email protected]
Q. Who Collects payments from the customer, you do or we have to bill directly?
Ans: Expected date of launch for didx service is 1st September 2005, after that we will charge the customer, before they buy the did, and we will pay you as soon as the billing month is over.
Q. What is the purpose of ‘Request DID’s’ feature?
Ans: Suppose you come to DIDx.org and couldn’t find DID’s for the area you were looking for, then this feature comes in handy, just go there and select the country and area and submit your request, all the members of didx will then be sent an email requesting this did area code availability, and if some one ads this area code, you will get an email and the number will be assigned to you automatically.
