Laptop Policy
Each employee will get a laptop worth equivalent to its one month salary
Laptop amount will be divided by 12 and resultant amount will be deducted from beneficiary salary and same amount as an allowance will be added to his salary
After 12 months laptop will be property of the employee
If employee wishes to leave company before 12 months he would have the option to pay remaining amount to the company and take laptop with him
If employee does not wishes to pay remaining amount of laptop than company will not repay / reimburse deducted amount to the employee and paid amount will be adjusted for wear n tear of the laptop
After 12 months has to continue with the same laptop, if employee wishes to have it upgraded or wishes to be issued a new laptop due to any business need or some major troubles with the laptop arises he / she has to take approval from immediate supervisor / line manager and admin will facilitate them after ensuring that the need is genuine
Incase if due to the business need laptop amount is higher than the one month salary of the beneficiary  approval of line manager will be required which will be finally endorsed by CEO
Laptops will be served of the same kind to all of the employees, exceptions given to Muntwo Department and as per need and approved by CEO
Preferred brands for laptops are HP and Dell
Safety and security of a laptop is responsibility of the beneficiary. However, in act of God or a robbery, employee will not be held liable

Accessories
Every Employee will be issued a Headphone-mic set costing within 250 Rs
Incase the headphones are damaged, an employee can make request to issue one. The company can issue 3 headphones-mic set per year per employee, exceeding which will make the deduction from the salary to issue 4th one
External Hard Disk Drives will be issued to Line Managers / HODs as per the business needs to secure & backup data. They will be responsible to take of it and managing data in it
USB/Flash drives can be issued to employee as per the request made with the line manager of its purpose of use
Mouse can be issued to employee, if the laptop mousepad is not operational, or causing trouble in using it due to any reason, the request can be made with the line manager
Memory Card Reader will be issued to Line Managers / HODs as per the business needs. They will be responsible to take of it and managing data in it
Flip Cameras will be issued to the relevant person directly on the instruction of the CEO
The employee is not allowed to carry Flip camera to home, except by written permission of the line manager which needs to be endorsed by administration
