OFFICE RULES SHEET

This is an internal document, and should NOT BE PASSED OUT to any one our side to the company.

If there is ANYTHING in this document, that needs clarification, please ask your office admin immediately, DO NOT ASSUME ANYTHING.

The following are the office rules for Super Technologies Inc and the associated companies.

Remember, rules and regulations are key to the companies progress and the word ORGANIZATION means a combination of a RYTYUMATIC work of
different people working for the same goal.

Section A

Office Timing:
Please refer to your employment contract and file for your own working hours.

Office Opening hours are: (these are not working hours)
The Shahnaz Arcade office, timing is from 8am to 7AM Pakistan Time.
Pensacola, Office Pensacola time is 9am to 5pm Central Time.

If you wish to change your working hours, Please provide a written request to the office administrative assistant and the GM and once your request is approved, only in that case, you will be allowed to come on the new timings.

Section B

Member Attendance:

Please be advised that no one is allowed to come late in the office. You can only come late 3 times in a month and must provide a 1 minute long video explanation of why you were late. You must also post this video on your facebook and tag Sir Rehan Allahwala, Shahid Pervaiz Malik, Muneeb Iqbal and Tameez Ud Din. If you do not do this, you will be penalized and fined for late coming.

If you are late on more than 3 occasions, your 1/3 of the salary will be deducted for each late coming.

Dress Code:
Every one must be in a presentable clothes, must smell good, should not smell at all.

Section C

Lunch Hours:

Each member gets 1 hr off in the day, and 2 tea breaks of 10 mins each.

Please refer to your employment contract file to confirm you lunch hours.

New Lunch Time :

1:30pm to 2:20pm

Section D

Yearly Bonus:
Each 2 year old member will get an extra month salary each year in Ramadan, the member has to be with the company for a continuous 2 year Period.

Section E

Leave From Office:

Each member gets 12 Annual Leaves which can be claimed at the end of the year by taking 12 days holidays.

*please note they are not cashable

A 1 week notice has to be given in form of an application, to the
[email protected] for the leave. In case of emergency the member is request to give a courtesy call to the office manager directly, telling about his problem.

Section F

Following the Manager/ Following the rules:
All of the time, each of the member is to listen to orders coming from his immediate manager, if there is a dispute in orders, the member is to discuss it with his manager, and will follow the manager’s order.

In case the manager is not available, try to find a more senior person in the office/email and try to follow his orders.

Section G

FINES:
A tie or a waist coat when using kameez shalwar is a must in office.
Coming late in the morning or after lunch can get you a fine, make it 10 mins before the timing ends.

All the fines are to go in a FINE BOX, and that amount will later be used to correct the problems of the office or for some thing for the member.
It will not be used for office expenses purposes.

Section H

Namaaz:
All the office members are to PRAY ON TIME, and try to make it to JAMAAT as many times as they are available in the office hours.
This is a free off time, which they are given a chance of and an order from Allah, therefore every one HAS to do it.

When going out for namaaz, you can leave the office as early that you can reach the mosque 5 mins before the salath/namaaz. and come back to office as soon as you are over with namaaz.

If anyone is to be found misusing any of the timing facilities provided they will be obligated to a SHOW CAUSE NOTICE.

Section I

WHAT A MEMBER SHOULD DO WHEN HE DOESNT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO?

There are ALWAYS a lot of thing to do, try to look around your self, try to check your logs and mails, and always make a things to do for your self.

Discuss the priority of the things to do with your manager, and do them in the order described to you by him.

DO NOT BECOME SUPER INTELIGENT and make the order your self, before asking and getting approval from your manager.

The best thing to do, when you don’t have anything to do or any thing you think you don’t have to do is, to contact immediately your direct manager. He will assign you something to do.

Please remember, that if you are un-productive for the company, the company can not feed you itself, you have to feed the company, so that it can feed you back.

Office Equipment:
All the equipment given to the employee are responsibility of the employee, physical damage , Misuse , and hardware damage will be charged to the employee.

In act of god or a robbery, employee will not be held liable.
