”Mobile Phone Policy”
1. Employee will get an Android Mobile according to business need (need will be identified by line manager) from
office which will worth not more than half of the salary of the beneficiary.
2. If that mobile is lost or stolen and if employee is agreed to have another then a new Android Mobile will be given
to employee and the amount of that Android Mobile will be deducted from his salary.
3. The amount of cell phone will be deducted from the salary on monthly basis where if Cell Phone is for more
than Rs 5000/- then amount will be divided by 12 and the resulted amount will be deducted from the salary and
additional amount of same will be added as allowance. If less than 5000, then per month Rs 500 will be deducted
and will be added as allowance. Same
4. In case employee not wishes to have mobile through company and has lost the previous one which was given to
him than he has to purchase mobile that contains all required features by office by his own means.
5. If the mobile phone is damaged or break down due to any cause then employee will get it fixed from his/her own
pocket.
6. Office boy and/or interns will be issued china phone (non-internet/wifi/smartphones) that would the phone that
would be official Rehan School Mobile, having school and basic IT content on it too. After 6months, and after
learning the educational content given, they would be having the basic smart phone issued, approved by the CEO.
7. With the issuance of Mobile phone, a Zong SIM, and 4gb Memory card will also be issued to the employee
having basic training videos on it.
8. If an employee doesn’t have a Zong Sim, the request should be made to [email protected] or
[email protected] and they will arrange one.
9. Incase if due to the business need mobile amount is higher than half month salary of the beneficiary approval of
line manager will be required which will be finally endorsed by CEO.
10. Monthly Zong balance is given to all employees as follows:
Mobile phones without internet: Zong to Zong monthly call package
Smartphones/Mobile phones with internet: Zong to Zong package + Internet Monthly package
11. If extra credit is needed due to business need, than written approval of CEO would be required. Once request is
approved it should be send to admin and it will be arranged.
12. If employee wishes to leave organization before mobile amount is recovered (through allowance) than he / she has
to submit issued phone to admin department failing to do so will result in deduction with following formula:
Amount of Cell / 12 * Number of months used = Used Amount
Purchased Amount – Used Amount = Recoverable amount.
