*What is vendor rating.
Vendor rating depends determine the quality of the vendor providing the did’s to us. It can be increased by providing more information about the vendor to us, example, the company tax returns, duns number, duns report, tax id number, bank statement etc.
All this information is kept with us only and we give a score based on the above information.
Every Vendor which sign’s up on the website have Starting Vendor Rating which is 1.
When a Vender offer 100 DiD’s in his account, We personally welcome him to Vendor Rating ‘2’.
When a vendor offer 500 DiD’s in his account, We give him a congratulation’s call for upgrading his vendor rating from ‘2’ to ‘3’.
As soon as the vendor offer’s 1000 DiD’s. His Vendor Rating upgraded to ‘4’!
The Offered DID’s reaches 2000 and the vendor rating is upgraded to the highest. i.e. "5"… Which means now his Did’s stock can easily be shown up on anybody’s website who is our customer (Having api services). Which means faster sales.
Vendor Rating 10 – These are for vendors, that we have purchased did’s for our internal usage, and the vendor does not allow us to re-sell these did’s on didx.
If customer complains that DID goes down more often like three days in a month or provider DIDs stop working due to any issue then provider needs to update us other wise we will decrease his ratings as its gives bed impression to customers.
Provider needs us to update if there is any down time .
