8) Can I take my phone line and number with me when I travel?
Absolutely. You can map your virtual Phone Line number to ring to any number, anywhere in the world, So when you travel, you can map it to your local number overseas.
9) Can I transfer my current phone number to Virtual Phone Line Service?
Transferring your current phone number is not available at this time.
10) How do you bill for services?
Virtual Phone Line Service will charge your credit card automatically on a monthly basis. Your billing cycle starts when your telephone number is assigned to you. Thereafter, you’ll be able to view your up-to-date charges online at any time from any computer with a Web browser, from http://www.virtualphoneline.com/login/ Use your user name and password, and click on account statement.
11) Can I use Virtual Phone Line Service without a credit card?
Yes, You can wire us or send us money through Western Union. The details how to send money through Western union are on www.virtualphoneline.com/wu . You can also send us the money through PAY PAL then pay pal account address is [email protected]. Your Pay Pal rating should be 5. The minimum amount we accept is $100. Also there is a handling fee of $25 to accept payments via wire or money order.
Your account will automatically stop working when the balance reaches below Zero.
12) Will I get a paper invoice?
No, you won’t. In order to bring excellent service at the lowest possible cost to our customers, your Virtual Phone Line Service monthly charges and account activity can be viewed online only. Your online account statement is available 24/7. To keep a paper record of your phone activity, simply print one off the Web.
13) How do I report a service problem?

14) Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your service at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days of service for any reason, we’ll waive the activation charges but not the monthly charges nor the international minutes you have used.

16) What is the credit rating you provide to your Virtualphoneline customer?
When customer signup on the website by default his rating will be 1. He can forward the calls to zone1 countries which are mention on www.virtualphoneline.com/rates
If customer would like to increases his/her ratings then they need to provide more documents and we need to speak with him on phone.
If customer would like to forward calls on zone4 countries then they need to pay via western union or bank wire.
17) How many types of credit rating are there?
There are four types of credit card rating.
If you want to allow customer to pay via credit card and the card in outside USA/Canada then you need to increased there ratings.
18) What do you mean by two star rating?
If you have two star ratings then you can forward the calls to zone 2 countries.
19) What is the advantage of 3 Star rating?
If you have 3 star ratings then you can forward the calls to zone3 and you don’t need to match the address if you are paying via credit card.
20) How can customer convert himself to 3 star rating?
If you would like to increase your ratings to 3 and you are paying via credit card then you need to provide billing statement and a photo id or passport copy.
21) What is the advantage of 4 Star rating?
Once you have 4 star ratings then you can forward the calls to zone4 countries or any where in the world.
You will be allowed to use credit card from any where in the world.
22) How can customer convert himself to 4 star rating?
If customer would like to increase his rating then he need to provide us documents and open a complain ticket from there account so we can increased the ratings.
23) If some one depositing money through Pay Pal or Western union then what will be his rating?
If customer pay via paypal or western union then we can increased his ratings to 3 or 4 depending upon the customer requirement.
